CHEUNG FUNG SAUCE

Ingredients:
 
4 t oyster sauce
1 t soy sauce 
½ t kuromitsu syrup
2 T hot water
 
 
Method:
 
Mix together and pour over cheung fung, bok choy, or broccoli.
